** The Red Lodge Renaissance Faire (RLRF) is located at: The Red Lodge Rodeo Grounds, 101 Rodeo Drive, Red Lodge, Montana 59068

** The dates for RLRF 2026 are the weekend of August 1st – 2nd, and our operating hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday) & 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Sunday). Gates will be closed from 10:00 PM each night and open by 6:00 AM the following morning.

** Booth assignments will be plotted and setup. The details provided via email closer to the Faire. Please make special requests inside this Application.

Performance Agreement:

Performers may only perform in the space agreed previously with the Staff.
Any Performers wishing to sell items must complete an additional Vendor Agreement, passing the hat is exempt from needing an additional agreement.
Performers must keep their area clean during the Event and clean up completely at the Event’s conclusion. All debris must be carried out. Failure to comply may result in a charge to the Performer for clean-up.
Performers are responsible for compliance with all relevant city, county, and state codes and licenses.
Skadi Productions, LLC. assumes no responsibility for any financial loss, theft, or injury.
No vehicles except for the vending vehicles will be allowed in the Event area during the Event.
Performers shall fully indemnify and hold harmless Skadi Productions, LLC. From any actions, sult, claims, payment, costs, or damages which may be brought against them arising from participation in the Event.
Performers grant full permission to any and all forgoing to use photographs and video recordings for any purpose related to the Red Lodge Renaissance Faire.
Payment will be issued on the last day of the Faire via check. If a Performer does not return to the Ren Faire office at the end of the Faire, a check will be mailed to the Performer after the Event.
The Red Lodge Renaissance Faire/Skadi Productions, LLC. will not issue deposits, or advance payments.

This agreement shall serve as a contract between the Performer and Skadi Productions, LLC. All performers must abide by this contract. Failure to comply with the terms listed above will result in cancellation of your participation in the Red Lodge Renaissance Faire.
